Hi everyone! I'm Alex, an HR Manager based in Tongliao. I’ve been living and working in this vibrant city for over 5 years now, and I must say, it’s been an incredible journey. Tongliao, located in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, offers a unique blend of traditional and modern life that keeps me excited every day.

As an HR Manager, I’m not just responsible for managing the workforce at my company; I also strive to foster a positive and supportive work environment. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the local culture and natural beauty of Tongliao. The city has a rich history, and there are numerous places to visit, from the ancient temples to the scenic parks. Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a local festival that showcased traditional Mongolian music and dance. It was a mesmerizing experience that deepened my appreciation for the diverse cultures that make up our community.
