Life in Kaili: A University Student’s Journey

Hello, friends! My name is Alex, and I am a university student at Guizhou University of Engineering Science in Kaili, China. Kaili is a city full of life and culture, and I feel very fortunate to be studying here. I love exploring the vibrant streets, trying out local cuisine, and immersing myself in the rich cultural heritage of the region.

My daily routine is quite busy, but it is also fulfilling. I spend most of my mornings attending classes, where I am constantly learning new things and challenging myself academically. In the afternoons, I usually work on assignments or projects, and sometimes I join club activities or participate in sports. One of my favorite places in Kaili is the Guizhou Nationalities Museum, where I often visit to learn more about the diverse ethnic groups that make up this region.

I am passionate about music and often play the guitar in my free time. Last month, I even performed at a local coffee shop, which was an incredible experience.
