Hello from Baotou, China!

Baotou City

Hi everyone! My name is Alex and I am a university student in Baotou, China. I am currently pursuing my degree in Computer Science at Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology. I enjoy exploring the vibrant city life, trying out new restaurants, and attending cultural events.

One of my recent projects involves setting up Garden Solar Lights around my dormitory garden. These lights not only add a beautiful ambiance to the evenings but also help me feel more connected to nature. They are eco-friendly and surprisingly easy to install. Life in Baotou is a blend of modern and traditional cultures. The city has a rich history, and there are many places to explore. One of my favorite spots is the Zhaojun Tomb, which is a historic site that tells the story of Wang Zhaojun, a famous Chinese historical figure. The nearby Dazhao Temple is another must-visit place for its stunning architecture and serene atmosphere.

Outside of academics, I am part of several clubs on campus, including the Coding Club and the Debate Society. These activities have not only helped me develop new skills but also provided opportunities to meet like-minded individuals. I am always looking for ways to expand my social circle and connect with people from different backgrounds and interests.
